REGISTRATION PAGE

Thank you for your interest in the Shaun Buenzly Kickoff Classic.  Registration will begin on January 23rd 2011, and continue until March 31st 2011.  Teams are required to register a minimum of 7 players and a maximum of 11.  Each player is required to pay $20 which covers you’re registration fee, a t-shirt, and provided powerade coolers.  Once ten teams have been registered, registration will be capped.  Each team must select a captain that will handle all team dues, captain’s meetings, and other miscellaneous duties for their team.  You can register here on this website.  You can create a new team or register under and existing team with your friends.  This tournament is open to all ages and is co-ed.  For complete list of rules click here.  You can paypal your team dues to donate@benzkickoffclassic.com, or you can contact Adam Bortz for alternative methods of payment, or if you do not have a paypal account.  All teams, upon registering and completing payment must respond to info@benzkickoffclassic.com to give full roster and shirt sizes.

 

**EACH PLAYER MUST PRINT, SIGN, AND BRING THIS WAIVER TO THE TOURNAMENT WITH THEM.  IF YOU DO NOT, YOU CAN NOT PLAY.

 

 

Around the 2nd week in April there will be a captain’s meeting with event coordinators and all the team captains.  Signed waivers are required upon this date, rules and code of conduct will be gone over prior to the game.  If you have any other questions about any part of this tournament please feel free to contact info@benzkickoffclassic.com.  Thank you for your support and we hope to see you on game day!
