I know that playing football is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter unless I am physically and medically able and properly trained in. I assume all risks associated with playing football in this event, including but not limited to, the effects of weather, other players, and the conditions of the field, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I agree to abide by any decisions made by an official relative to my ability to safely participate in this event. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and my heirs, and to anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive, release, and indemnify the Buenzly family, Parkland High School, South Whitehall Township, and any sponsor or organizer, official, volunteer, their representative, and successors, from all claims of liability of any kind arising from my participation in this event. I further grant permission to the use of photographs, videotapes, and any other recordings of this event bearing my likeness for promotional purposes.
